Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods, without giving any reason.

This right is granted under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, implemented in the Netherlands via Articles 6:230o–6:230t of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in its original, unopened condition with the seal intact.
• The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged and complete.
• The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal window.
• Products that have been opened, used, or whose hygiene seal has been broken are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery).

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Notify us in writing within the 14-day period by emailing us at write-to-usInfo-@prizelonjrizao.world or by post to: Thorbeckegracht 38A, 8011 VN Zwolle, The Netherlands. Please include your order number, name, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below.
2. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notification within 2 business days.
3. Return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.
4. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify the returned goods, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds are issued within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods, or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.

If the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the refund.

6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at write-to-usInfo-@prizelonjrizao.world, including photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your return or refund request, you may submit a complaint to:
